Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided.
Returns are not accepted for items that:
- Are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Are custom-made or personalized
- Are categorized as hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earrings, innerwear, etc.)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Refunds will not include:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping fees (unless the product is defective or incorrect)
You may request a refund or reshipment if:
- You do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery time (60 days excluding 2–5 days of processing)
- You receive an incorrect or defective product
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You provided an incorrect shipping address
- The order is delayed due to customs or uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, courier strikes)
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
For such cases, MiniShop.lk will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the return postage.
Processing Time
Refunds and return requests are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
